Poor. A drain line coming from air conditioning unit ran directly over an areas on my ceiling that became discolored from water damage. The repairman spent about 2 minutes looking at my system and concluded that it was a roof leak. He may have been right, but he did not thoroghly investigate the system as I had requested. Roofers agreed to repair the area in my ceiling, but did not report finding a definite cause of the leak. I still think it was from the air conditioner and I think it arose because of an uninsulated drain line that built up significant condensation during an unusually hot and humid summer. Hopefully, it will not happen again, but I plan on making frequent visits to my attic.
