Terrible. I engaged Matt Garza (dba Garza Construction/Metal Roofing Specialist) to repair a roof leak and replace drywall that was damaged by the leak. Two days after he and his crew finished the repair we had a strong thunder storm and the leak opened back up. He had given me a 6 year warranty that turned out to be not worth the paper it was written on. In subsequent phone and text conversations with Mr. Garza over the next four weeks, he promised to come back out and fix the problem half a dozen times and never showed for any of the appointments. I sued him in small claims court and won damages - he never even showed up for the hearing and has a history of avoiding paying his lost judgements. BUYER BEWARE!!
