I paid the deposit of 50% of the job on December 9, 2023 with an install date of January 15, 2024. It is April 24th and nothing has been done. I gave been given several excuses for not starting the job with a 2 week completion promise 3 times. I finally cancelled the job and requested a refund. I was told that the refund check was mailed 2 weeks ago but I have not received it. I am out $5600 for nothing.

"Unfortunately when she posted, this was after the fact that she was returned all but $1100 of her deposit. Which that $1100 was what I came out of pocket to cover other expenses. She also doesn't mention that we were put off for over 6 weeks due to her neighbors new home being built, and debris all on the property line. When we showed up time after time and it wasn't ready, even offered to clean it up myself. Nonetheless, she did get a refund."

I asked Cory to build a wood fence that was 14 feet tall. The fence turned out great. I added a few extras along the way and was pleasantly surprised when the invoice came to me. It was the exact price he ha quoted me plus a little extra. I was very happy with the fence and the price. I had another price quote from someone in Marble Falls. The quote was twice what I paid Benchmark. Dwayne and Lonnie arrived every morning for 6 days to install my fence. They were great! i would highly recommend Benchmark.
