He has had the door for 6 months and we still do not have the door. They just keep giving us excuse after excuse. We even paid up front for the service. Supposedly the door is finished but I assuming we will be the ones who will have to pick up the door. I would never recommend this company to others. It is very difficult to contact the company and even had to go to his house to follow up. We talked to a family member and made little progress.

.I discussed replacing the shingles with Owens Corning driftwood over the phone but when the job was finished the shingles where not replaced, just caulked underneath.  Now I have to call a roofer to replace the shingles, costing me more money.

We signed a contract and I paid a $550 deposit to him as well as went to Lowe's and purchased all of the necessary materials.  We had about 10 days delay due to rain and then once it seemed that the weather was going to cooperate, I could no longer contact Jason. 
After 2 weeks, I finally went to his address where his girlfriend informed me that he was in jail for non-payment of child support.  He remained in jail until October (approx 4 months).  At that time I sent an email letting him  know I expected repayment of the $550 deposit that he had received. 
He sent $50 payments for awhile but he still owes $150 and has stopped paying and stopped responding to communication.
I'm assuming since his girlfriend is a process server she made him aware that Johnson County will not accept a civil suit for anything less than $200, so once he got the balance below $200 he stopped paying, so my only recourse is to make sure others are informed of the type of business he is operating.
