Before calling Turner and several other providers near me, I watched YouTube videos to diagnose the problem. Turner Services took the time to listen to the my diagnosis and shared information and expertise with me. Others I called only wanted to make an appointment and did not wish to discuss possible diagnoses and costs. Patrick Turner was responsive to my texts even before I committed to using his company.
Service consisted of 2 visits - one to remove the fan/motor and one to replace it. Patrick Turner was courteous and professional.
My job was not a big one, nor was it especially urgent. I have two units and only the one for the upstairs was not working. Nevertheless, though Turner Services had other larger jobs, they made time to serve me. We did have to reschedule the replacement visit because it got too late on the original day scheduled. I was contacted to let me know and the install happened the following afternoon.
I recommend this company.
We called Patrick and he was here within an hour.
He discovered that the motor on our unit had gone out.
He replaced the motor and the unit is working great again!
He not only showed up quickly which is wonderful on a weekend, but he charged us a very reasonable price. And no
extra charges for the weekend or evening!
