Yasmin was referred by the Veterans Administration to assist with purchasing our home. At the time we were going to use VA lending, so she was added as the realtor on the building contract as such; but we had never used her services. The only reason she was added was because a realtor was required by the builder and she was the VA realtor that we had. Yasmin has done absolutely nothing to assist us with the purchase of this home, in fact we had never even met nor signed any type of buyer/seller agreement with her. Later we decided to use another financial resource but we also wanted to change the realtor on the building contract to the builder's external realtor. However, in order to do so, Yasmin had to sign a release. We did not think there would be a problem because she never even knew she was on the contract and had not participated in the purchase of our home at all. She refused. She outright stated that she knew she had done nothing to earn this commission and that this was just about the money. I originally agreed to let her try to meet the incentive, I just had a limited time frame due to a family death; which she would not commit to. During our phone conversation she was aggressive and rude (per three other witnesses who also heard the conversation) and even though she has offered to meet the incentives, I do not want to work with someone with her character. She is taking money that she did not earn and has stated outright that the money is the only reason. If she had helped us in anyway, I would understand her unwillingness, but she has not. Just a note, we did try to contact her when we were signing the contract but could not reach her.
