Shelley had a tough job when she agreed to take on our request.  We built a home 12 years ago, lived in it for 9 years, and rented it out for the final 3 years.  In the last 9 months of the rental, the renters DESTROYED the home and left it in a very sad state. We didn't even know where to begin preparing this home for sale!! We called Shelley to help us to list it and to give us advice on what needed to be done in order for it to show as nice as possible.  Shelley took on this task with a great deal of professionalism and grace.  She knew the home prior to the renters destroying it and knew what they home once looked like. She came in and gave great advice on what we needed to do immediately and what we could continue to do while the home was listed.  In the early days of the listing, the feedback was pretty rough, but Shelley encouraged us to continue doing what we were doing.  The home actually sold very quickly and for a price that we were VERY pleased with.  Shelley and her team are AWESOME and we cannot say enough great things about her and the Green Team.
