It went really well. I called him on a Sunday evening and he called me back that day and was on site fixing the problem first thing Monday. This is my second time using him. It was expensive but more than fair based on the cost of that type of service. We are extremely satisfied.

Shane straightened out everything in short order with new and more logical pipe runs, cleaned up and cleared out in no time flat. The only waiting around he did was to make sure there were no leaks. Two weeks later we hired him again to install better quality kitchen faucets in two other locations in downtown Fort Worth. We got what we wanted and had a great experience trusting him in his work. He also advised us on how to maintain other parts of our plumbing and how to avoid problems. Result: So much better than what we had and liked dealing with someone who would prefer not to have to come back a second time to fix anything. He does it right the first time.

Everything was great overall. He answered his phone right away, which was nice considering that I had 3 phone calls in to other plumbers and got voice mail for all of them. Also, this is a rental property for us, so we are always looking for someone that will respond promptly and respect our tenants. He made sure to call me when he arrived at the house and explained all the repairs needed in terms that I could understand. He also gave me a price quote right away and when additional costs arose, he quickly informed me of the changes. He was able to process payment for me immediately over the phone and I received a very detailed invoice within 2 days of the repair. My tenants were very pleased with his punctuality and demeanor, and I was very pleased with his quality of work and professionalism. I will definitely be using Shane's Plumbing Service again.
