As a homeowner, it is hard to find people to be honest, of good character and ethics. I have had Chad out a couple of times. He is knowledgeable and pleasant at first. He fixed my tankless water heater, he installed valves for cleaning and I was happy with his work. I called him a second time. after the freeze, because my outside water faucet was leaking from the vent holes in the brick. My pool guy told me I had a busted pipe behind the brick so chad came out to repair it and find out it was just a busted spicket. He replaced it and charged me $265... a spicket costs $5 to10. I understand contractors need to be paid for their time and work, but this charge was excessive. He was literally there for 15 min.

Chad quickly responded to my request to address a clogged kitchen drain. He showed up in the beginning of the time frame he promised, quickly but thoroughly addressed the issue and provided helpful tips for keeping issues from happening in the future. He honored a very reasonable price estimate and was a better value than other quotes received online. I will use their services for future issues or upgrades and highly recommend this company

Chad Fischer was and is very professional and personable plumber. He really cares about his work. I would recommend him to any one. I was more impressed with him than Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

I had two broken pipes was quoted 3800. For repair our handy man repaired for 600.00 I feel he was Trying to take advantage of us because of our age.

Chad was the plumber who performed the installation replacement of two toilets. Price range was provided initially over the phone but once the work was done, the price was about 70% more. Chad was very polite and professional but I will never use this company again. If there is a price difference, it should be explained before beginning the work.

Responded to my HomeAdvisor inquiry within minutes. Chad Fischer (owner of the company) and assistant were ready to performed the water heater installation the next day, but I delayed them a day so someone could be home. Arrived at the agreed time. Installed a new RUUD 50 gal storage tank electric water heater in a timely fashion. The work is good quality and is code compliant with the City of Fort Worth. Original flex-lines were too short to reuse, so two new water in and out flex-lines were needed at an additional cost of $40.00. Original quote was $1,280.00 for the new water heater and installation. Final cost was $1,320.00. Accepted a check for payment. I can recommend this service provider without reservation. John Q.
