When it was time to meet the insurance adjuster, Dean was there and he walked me through the process and explained how each step worked. Parks Roofing scheduled a time to have the roof and gutters put on. It was easy. They did what they said they would, when they said they would and I am very pleased with their work.
The roof lays nice and flat and the gutters are properly pitched and work very well. The roof vents keep my attic much cooler than the turbine vents I previously had. My house is much cooler and my A/C turns off during the day when the temp. is 100 degrees.
