Russ with Miller Metal Buildings built a shop for me over 8 years ago and this past weekend I noticed the ridge cap had come loose and the seal blew out of the ridge cap, I called them for recommendations for repair people and they came out repaired at no charge... They stand behind their products great company to deal with.

Excellent! Good Quality work and materials. There was a mix up with the door we wanted on but they
took care of it promptly. Would highly recommend them.

Placing the order was straightforward. I had the perimeter plotted out ahead of time. I had requested a few improvements to the standard construction both before and shortly after signing the bottom line. The upgrade costs seem reasonable, without penalty payment. Groundbreaking wait time was a couple of weeks. Concrete pouring was delayed due to rain. As with any service of this type nowdays, the crew appeared to be exclusively illegal alien mexicans. That was a definite negative, but with most roofing contractors, builders, yard maintenance crews, this is the reality due to gutless politcal pandering. Only one of the workers appeared to know any English (very little). The pouring seemed to go OK, but I spent considerable time in cleaning the slab site from rubble ahead of time, and setting the rebar standoffs in place. I had to keep a close eye on a couple of guys to make sure the footing trench got full of concrete instead of dirt. The slab looks OK. I haven't really checked it for level. At 40 feet across, I wish they would have used a set of reference posts along the center to establish level all the way across. I do not notice obvious waviness. The steel construction went very slow, It seemed to sit unattended for a couple of weeks.Straightness of structure seems good. Overhead doors work well. I don't notice leaks from ceiling, but rain does blow in under/around an overhead door. A couple of skylight panels provide plenty of light for most tasks until close to dusk.

Miller's Metal Buildings in Burleson, Tx built my garage. Their price was good, their workmanship is excellent! I called multiple contractors and got several bids. Miller's was not the cheapest, but they were deffinately reasonably priced. Their estimator, Keith Come, arrived on time, took measurements and then got a list of my specifications. He made helpful suggestions. The best of the suggestions he made was to consider insulating the shop at the time of construction. Boy, am I glad I took that suggestion to heart! The cost of the insulation actually came out cheaper doing it during the building phase and asthetically, you couldn't ask for a neater more proffesional looking appearance. My nieghbor's shop is uninsulated and the temperature difference is about 30 degrees on a 100 degree day. They started the job a week later than the projected date. I was OK with that, I just wish that the communication would have been better. I was told 3 to 5 weeks to get started. I had to call them at the end of the 5th week to find out it would be the next week. That's really the only complaint I had.The job took 3 days to complete. When the crew was done, the job-site was spotlessly clean. They swept the shop floor before leaving too. I couln't be more pleased with my new shop. I plan to use Millers Metal Buildings again, when I save up the money for an attatched car port on the new building. Use them. You won't be sorry that you did.

They are definitely cheaper than other companies. We received quotes from companies that wanted 26000 or 27000 thousand dollars. They were really clean and they did the work right the first time. They built it in three days and they took all their mess with them when they left. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
