He came when he promised, inspected the entire roof, and recommended that I contact the builder (the house was 3 years old and I am not the original owner).  I am grateful for that advice. The builder had the original roofing subcontracting company call me, and they came out promptly to make the repairs without further charge.  I just had some flashing that was not secured properly.  Mr. Martin was honest and saved me money.

He did a good job. Sometimes he had a helper, sometimes he didn’t.  It would have been better if he had a helper the whole time so he could get the project done quicker.
