My old system decided to quit over the weekend and Mr. Lewis promptly gave me a quote and did the repair this a.m. I've used him previously and will continue to do so if I run into any other another problems. Communication is excellent, workmanship is exact and he's very knowledgeable on water softening systems.

My 12 year old system was starting to show (and smell) its age and Mr. Lewis came out and gave me an estimate for replacing the resin tanks and repairing a small leak. He completed the job in under 2 hours and the system is back to square one. My go-to company from now on for any water softening problems!

should have gotten a quote in writing. Confusion on what was expected to be done. Final bill was slightly higher than original discussion. Window screen torn and needs to be repaired. Containment cabinet slightly unlevel. trash in yard. Otherwise, I'm satisfied this will help alleviate my hard water issues, so far.

He came out the very next day, assessed our situation, gave us our options and was very informative about every step of replacing our water softening system. He arrived, set up the new system, educated my husband about the system, cleaned up and was gone in a timely manor. He cleaned up after the project and discarded all materials. I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work on the job. Our dishes are now squeaky clean, and the water has made a huge difference on our hair and our skin. I would recommend him to anyone who has water softening needs!

Dale knew my water system better than the salespeople. He was much cheaper than a plumber and did outstanding work. I was so impressed with his knowledge that I will do all of my water filtration business with him. Good service fixed the problem

Dale worked on my system when other's didn't know how or didn't have the parts. He was very knowledgeable, worked with my schedule and got the job done. Pretty much did everything you could ask for. Also...he fixed what I had, he didn't try to upsale me a bunch of stuff that I'm quite certain he could have, could have tried at least which I appreciate because all I wanted to do was have it fixed, not a new system and he did just that...fixed it. Easy peasy...I will use him again when the time arises and will definitely refer him to others.

Great guy and a great job done after all was said and done. I have more planned to attach to the system and had planned on doing it the day of this job, but company failed to measure the size restriction where tank would be placed and I had no idea how big it would be: really no fault here, but preparation could have been better. Best thing I can I can say about his character, he didn't force me to buy a tank that I couldn't use. I'll definitely use his services in the future.
