Jonco Plumbing was scheduled to be here at 10 today. The plumber arrived at 9:15 a.m. so that he could look at the job. We discussed what I wanted done - get rid of the cut-off valves and all of the rusting parts. The cut-off valves were almost impossible to turn off and on. The rusty parts didn't look good either. He left to buy what he needed and was back before 10 a.m. Then he set to work. The plumbing is now sparkly with valves I can easily turn off if need be. The price seemed very reasonable to me, too. I believe I have finally found a plumbing company I can trust.

My natural gas water heater was four years out of warranty and had been making horrible noises for the last year if not longer. Lowe's on Bryant Irvin had an incredible buy on water heaters, especially since I have an account with them. The total cost was less than $700 installed. Jonco Plumbing did the installation and I was mightily impressed with the promptness and quality of the work. I needed new supply lines, too, where the plumbing enters and exits the heater to the house. The proper permit was pulled by Jonco, too, because the city inspector showed up to examine the installation and then hand me the green tag. I plan to contact Jonco for another plumbing job before the summer ends.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I would use them again.
