"I arrived on time and was to believe courteous. I answered the member's questions, as I could. He seemed very nervous and edgy he answered my questions before I could finish. I offered to tarp the damage. The Homeowner was working the contractors in Angie's List abusively. His house was the most un-kept deteriorated in the neighborhood. He had already talked to two other contractors that weekend. I explained he was hiring me to represent him on the insurance claim. And was not sure if he would be eligible to have all the work approved until the insurance co. Came to look at the damage. He also wanted me to absorb a $3600.00 deductible in which I was not comfortable in doing and committing insurance fraud. Who was third in line in his driveway after I left. Like a drive threw. His outside and inside home was un kept and the inside smelled of cat or pet feces. Contractor beware of this customer. He in my opinion will abuse the system and the contractors on the network."
