the first day he came worked for maybe an hour said he didnt have the material to do anything. changed his bid summary half way through the job. didnt do the ceiling finishing the way i requested it. didnt do the ceiling replacemnt i asked for instead did patch work. we discussed the arch way into my kitchen to be done as part of this bid he said he was finished requested the check while standing in my arch way that was bare wooden studs.

We discussed the one arch in the kitchen and we agreed that you were going to put wood on it to match the short wall that was already there With burnt wood and, [Member Name Removed] was going to use his torch to burn it before he hung it. Everyone there said the job looked awesome and was very happy. I don't see the reason for a bad review such as this. There was 100% satisfaction from [Member Name Removed] when he payed me. He even ask if I would be interested in further work on his house. Thank you"

Travis was responsive to my initial call and scheduled an estimate within a couple of days. He was punctual and followed through with everything he said during our initial visit. His assistant, Randy, did the actual work. The project ended up taking three days, but Randy always left the project area very clean and tidy. The work was very nicely done and one would ever know that there had been damage to the ceiling or walls. Randy was a very hard working and trust worthy guy, so much so that I had to leave him alone in my home and felt oddly okay with making that decision. I would without a doubt use these guys again should I have any further needs.

Everything went pretty well. They did a good job on the drywall. The guy that stood out was good, he knew what he was doing. There was a little bit of miscommunication between he and I. I won't say it was entirely his fault, but it was something that we had discussed that came up later on. It was kind of a miscommunication between us.

Very well, high quality work. Punctual and professional. Covered everything (including hardwood floors) prior to starting work and cleaned up/removed all debris at end of job. Took the time to do the job right which speaks volumes to the commitment to quality these guys bring. Will definitely hire again for any future work.

Very well, considering this was Randy's first time to install a Versalift and it's somewhat complicated, involving cutting a hole in the ceiling, framing the opening, and assembling and installing the lift itself. It took two days instead of one, but he did a very neat and professional job. He showed up on time, took no breaks, and left the attic and garage both neat and tidy. My husband is a stickler for details, and he was extremely happy with the end result.

Travis Goff with Interior Cosmetics has 30 years of experience which shows in the quality of his work. He is professional, personable, friendly, and experienced. He works quickly but efficiently and his rate is reasonable. Even though his business is in Burleson he works throughout the Tarrant County/Dfw Metroplex area. He was highly recommended to us by a business through John with Corrective Masonry out of Fort Worth, Texas. Our home is a large investment and it is important to us to find someone to completely trust to do the job well and correctly. We feel we have found a business to do just that and we will be calling Travis Goff to complete other jobs needed later this year for sure. Travis arrived promptly at our scheduled time and was able to immediately determine that he could repair the sheet rock in 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and very open to me watching him work and walking me through his process. This was important to me because when contractors are doing work on my house, I like to see how they work and do the repair to see if there is anything I can learn -- just for my own curiosity. We had a conversation the time he was performing the repair which made the process less intrusive to a home owners day as well. As far as the repair went, he made sure the area he was doing the repair was covered to limit the amount of clean up needed. He was efficient in use of his time and used supplies that dried fast to ensure the job could be done as fast as possible. By the time everything was finished, I could not even see where the repair job had been done even with the texture. It's been about a week since the job was done and I still can't tell that the ceiling was repaired. All in all, extremely pleased with Travis' work and would definitely hire and recommend again.

This was a very difficult job as he found many large rocks when trying to set the posts. He did what it took to make this work at no extra charge. He worked very hard for me and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend him highly.

We had the leak fixed by Delta 1 repair plumbing. (great company). Then we had
Travus Goff of Interior Cosmetics come out and treat the mold and fix the ceiling in the small bathroom that was damaged.
We were surprised and happy that he came out and did it within 3-4 hrs. Very good job.
I would recommend him to anyone. By the way, John Rowland of Corrective Masonry, who replaced our bricks on our home recommeded him. It is word my mouth - if the person or company is good, it will get around.

Travis enclosed each area while working with plastic and tape in order to keep the area tidy. but he didn't keep it tidy im afraid he made a mess, He was friendly and had a ok attitude. look up at the what did the provider do there is more detail there. after thinking it threw i had a change of heart. this is what really happened.

We are a military family that moved away from Texas, and Travis was super accommodating with our hectic schedule. He was able to come out and assess our job within a very short notice. He's super flexible with his evenings, which helped us out quite a bit. We had to leave for a family function while he was still working, and Travis closed our garage door for us when he left, securing our possessions. He's definitely someone you can trust. He even taught me how to prep the ceiling for repairs and walked me through what he was doing.
We weren't able to see the work for ourselves since we moved out of Texas on such a short notice, but my parents did say that it looks great. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone.

We had a contractor start the job, but wasn't able to finish it. He was a gentleman from the get-go. He charged me so little that I was ashamed. He did a wonderful job. He cleaned up and was here two different times. He was on time and did everything he said he was going to do, plus some! I couldn't have asked for anybody to do any better. It looks better than it did when it was brand new.
