Generally we take our automobile to the dealer, Honda of Burleson, because we get coupons from them in the mail.  We had the car there in September.  You have little contact with the workers, you talk to the office and they turn it over to the mechanic.  We have to call to make sure everything is okay. 

I go to the dealer for auto care. That's where we bought the car. It cost around $50 to get it fixed. It was good. The only one I talked to was the service writer and he was a nice guy. They were very good.

They are very courteous every time. However could not locate my prepaid warranty plan for oil changes

We were 100% satisfied with our experience at Honda of Burleson. I was looking for a specific car color/interior color combo on a new 2013 Honda CRV, and Burleson was the closest dealership to Flower Mound that had it, so we made the hour drive down there. We were certainly glad we did. We negotiated up front the price of the car, and made sure to explicitly state how much we were willing to pay including things like document fees and destination charges. We were relieved that when we arrived, the car was exactly what we wanted, and the price exactly as discussed (so many car dealerships will sneakily throw on last minute charges). Staven was very nice, forthcoming, honest, and generally likeable. The dealership was SPOTLESS. We mentioned that and were told that that is because they have a facilities manager on staff. Someone whose entire job is just to make the place feel nice and clean! Impressive.
We didn't get too much pressure on buying the extended warranty (which we didn't - it is a Honda, after all). Plus, Honda of Burleson offers a lifetime powertrain warranty on all of its new cars (and most of its used cars, other manufacturers included) for free! You have to follow a lot of rules on maintenance to keep it valid, but that is still an incredible deal. I asked how they could afford to do that, and they said they don't do commercials, and instead rely on word of mouth.
We were given what we felt was a pretty fair value for our trade-in. Because we had pre-negotiated the price, it took us about 2 1/2 hours after arriving to complete the transaction and drive away in our beautiful new CRV. The final touch was on the drive home, there was a car wreck. Staven called my husband's cell to make sure that it wasn't us that was in the wreck! That is way above-and-beyond in my book. I would highly, highly recommend this dealership.
