My family replaced the shower doors in our bathroom and we couldn’t be happier! Owner, Steve was extremely helpful while picking out the shower door that would look best. Office staff was professional and so friendly. The men that installed the door were very nice and so quick at installation! The turn around time was amazing. I will definitely be using them in the future!

The repairman was on time as schedules, He did excellent work even having to remove some newly installed window frame trim on one of the windows to enable glass replacement. Work done was excellent . Would definitely recommend and would use again if necessary. Hopefully the next tree trimmers won't take out any glass:)

Got the quote within hour of calling. They happened to have somebody free. Did the installation the very same day.

I called to inquire whether they could cut two pieces of glass for frames for some artwork the same day. They were able to (I had called another glass place that did not have anyone available to do the work the same day). They called when the glass was ready and had it all wrapped and ready to go when I picked it up. The glass was OK, however, it was VERY dirty plus the sharpie marker they had used to write on the outside of the paper wrapping on the glass had gone through onto one of the pieces of glass, requiring alcohol to remove it.

I received estimates from $1,800 to $675. They came out, measured and gave me an estimate for the work. Waited about 2 weeks for the special glass to be supplied and they installed it today.

Althought not a showroom as much as a storefront, they had several choices of glass. (We didn't know what we wanted until we started looking.) The staff offered suggestions, asked about our application, and answered my questions in a way that I found helpful. I was allowed to take several samples home (charge pending was credited at time I retured them) to review before placing the order. It turned out to be ready in just 2-3 days, not 2 weeks. (The specialist for this type of glass turned out to be able to cut it in sooner than expected.) When I picked it up, the pieces were well wrapped and they offered to help me to the car with the order. I put N/A for price because I don't have a reference for comparing. I do know that these are special pieces and require more expertise to cut than a do-it-yourself job. Our contractor recommended them.

Did all right but not outstanding. Estimate was substantially lower. High cost despite the fact that moldings were glued and not nailed in. Glue left smudges on mirrors and frames. Job was ready two days after it was promised.

HERITAGE GLASS IS A WONDERFUL CHRISTIAN COMPANY WITH VERY PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO ME RIGHT AWAY AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

THE PEOPLE AT THE COMPANY ARE VERY POLITE, AND PLACE A HIGH VALUE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE INSTALLER GOT HUNG UP ON A JOB, AND CALLED TO LET US KNOW HE WOULD BE LATER THAN HE THOUGHT. HE ASKED IF HE COULD STILL COME OUT AND DO THE JOB. WE WERE DELIGHTED. MOST PEOPLE JUST SAY THEY CAN'T MAKE IT. HE STAYED AND FINISHED THE JOB UNTIL WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS.

ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE FOR ESTIMATE. ESTIMATE NOT GIVEN THEN, BUT PHONED ME WITH THE AMOUNT ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. APPOINTMENT SET UP TO DO THE JOB, AND THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. GOOD JOB.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, AND THE JOB PERFORMED. WE HAD A HARD TIME SETTING A TIME TO GET TOGETHER, DUE TO MY SCHEDULE, BUT THEY POLITELY KEPT CALLING TO SET THE TIME. THEY WERE FLEXIBLE IN THEIR ABILITY TO COME EARLY OR LATE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

WORK WAS CARRIED OUT VERY PROFESSIONALLY WITH GREAT CARE. A WELL DONE JOB. WORKMEN WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL. THEY EVEN FIXED THE STICKING SCREEN DOOR FOR ME WITHOUT ASKING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
