Asked for work to be done because the computer was not functioning properly. They did not try to find the problem but only did what was asked of them in upgrades. When we brought the computer home it still had the same problem so we took it back again. This time we did not ask for any upgrades, they were done the first time, we just asked for a solution to whatever the problem was. A $60  fix and it finally worked again. My husband really wanted the upgrades so I will not fault them for the $700 cost but I did not enjoy having to take it back a second time to fix what the real problem was. All in all they did a great job and I am not sorry for the work.

They have set up all my computers and got them ready to go. They keep all the records and know what to put on them. They know where to go when I take them back in to correct any problems because they are familiar with them. I haven't had any problems with them.

WE LOOKED INTO SEVERAL COMPANIES BUT THEY WHERE ALL FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. WE CALLED BEST BUY AND THEY SCHEDULED US AN APPOINTMENT AND WE ARRIVED 5 MIN. EARLY AND THEY WHERE WAITING FOR US. IT TOOK LESS THAN AN HOUR AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. IT WAS REALLY NICE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT CONSIDERING WE HAD OUR INFANT SON WITH US.
