The first installation appeared to go well but, as it turned out, they over-tightened one of the PVC couplers in the down pipe. This led to a crack and the pump would b=never produce the proper pressure. When I contacted them to come back, they said that they would in a day or two, which was okay. Then when I tried to contact them a couple of days later to confirm when they were coming, their phone was not accepting messages and no one was answering. They finally called me on the fourth day but I had already arranged another vendor. There was never an offer to reimburse me for the additional cost.

Came out to find out why the well pump keeps tripping off.  Could not find the cause.  Did add a one way valve at the well head.  He felt it needed one.  He removed two brass couplings and did not leave them with me.  He replaced with cheap PVC piping that was put in at too sharp an angle and sure enough, about 1 month later the PVC fatigued at the joint and cracked and started leaking.  I called them early friday morning so that they had enough time before the weekend.  He did not come out on friday, nor saturday nor sunday.  Was without water this whole time.  He said he could not fix it because it was raining.  Since when can you not do plumbing in the rain?  I finally called a friend of mine who is a plumber, and who is the one who put the brass couplings on last time.  He came out and fixed it in less than ten minutes.  I was very dissappointed in their lack of response, especially since the reason it leaked in the first place was because of the shoddy work that they performed to begin with.  I will probably not use them again.

Mr. Stone and associate found the electrical control damage and other issues related to fracing next door at the gas well.  He determined the best option was total replacement of the pump and controls.  He also eliminated excess equipment which had been useful before our residence was connected to coop water system.   He assured us our well is now operative for many years with the new pump and the current depth.  We were very pleased with his prompt, efficient service.

On Saturday afternoon our home well pump stopped working. I called them in the afternoon and he answered...on a Saturday! He was at our house 1st thing Monday morning and by Monday early afternoon we had a new pump and it was working great!  He anticipated our needs because he had asked several questions by phone on Saturday, so he was able to fix it all in one trip.  I would definetly use his services again. 

My husband called E C Stone, they got back to him right away, and they said they'd come out that day. They showed up right when they said they would. They got right to work and was very pleasant. They determined that my well pump wasn't working. They prepared for that to be an issue and they put the new pump in. I was able to get water for myself and my animals right away. The weather made it difficult but they managed to get everything done. They never tried to sell me anything extra which I appreciated. They were honest men and I appreciate that in a person.
