One-man crew. Did not level gutters properly or install adequate backsplash. Left old hardware that should have been removed. Rain pours over the gutters worse than if there were no gutters at all. We got a retired installer's opinion and he said they were hung too low and not properly supported, so the gutters lean forward. This is the third set of gutters we've had on this house and previously never had this problem with water going over the gutters.
