 + -1 moreThey did very well. It's a little slow but they did very good work. Their quality of work was A but they're very busy so it took awhile. They're very polite and good about their customer service and they're very thorough with what they're doing. They quality of work they did yesterday was topnotch. The price is very fair. Their punctuality was fine. They took me in with no warning nor appointment. They're very professional and did a good work.
Description of Work: I went to Discount Tire. We got two rims and two tires.

 + -1 moreI HAVE BEEN THROUGH A LOT OF TIRES ON A LOT OF DIFFERENT CARS IN MY LIFE (I PUT ON OVER 40,000 MILES A YEAR), AND I HAVE YET TO BE DISAPPOINTED BY DISCOUNT TIRES' PRICES, SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM. MY ONLY CONCERN WOULD BE THE TIME ELEMENT BUT I THINK THAT IF I DIDN'T GO AROUND 4 PM, I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT A LOT SOONER THAN THE ONE HOUR THAT IT TOOK TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM, APPROACH ME WITH IT, DISCUSS A SOLUTION AND APPLY THE SOLUTION.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT A SET OF 4 TIRES ONE YEAR AGO FOR MY CONVERSION VAN. I WAS GETTING MY OIL CHANGED WHEN THE MECHANIC SAID THAT I NEED TO GET AN ALIGNMENT AND NEW TIRES. HE COULD SEE STEEL ON MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE. I WENT DIRECTLY TO DISCOUNT TIRE AND ASKED THEM TO ROTATE AND BALANCE MY TIRES FOR ME. AFTER A FEW MINUTES THEY RETURNED TO SAY THAT I HAD ONE TIRE THAT WAS SEPARATING (THEY WOULD REPLACE IT FOR FREE - FACTORY DEFECT) AND ANOTHER TIRE THAT HAD STEEL SHOWING. I ASKED FOR A PRORATED RATE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GIVE ME TWO NEW TIRES FOR $70.00 WHEN RETAIL WOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSE TO $300.00.
