We have been in the service business for over 28 years. We are a family owned and operated business and currently training our son to continue the business and hope to be of service to your family for a long time. We have many long time repeat customers in the South Fort Worth area for plumbing repairs. We service a larger area for Slab Leaks. We want to be friends before and after the job.

Plumber called me back quickly to give me a price for a service call. After he quoted me the price, I told him that my husband is a senior and asked if he would give the senior discount shown on Angie's List profile. The plumber said the price quoted was the lowest he could go. Since he was less expensive than the other plumber I called, I went ahead and booked him to come the next morning. Plumber called to say would be running a little late, which was fine and appreciated the call. Once they completed the work which was very quickly and we were ready to pay. When we handed him our credit card, he informed us that he would have to add 6% because the credit card company charges him. Work done was good and quick. Not honoring the senior discount and wanting to pass on his cost of doing business charges for using a credit card is not ok.
