Exterior Painting
I felt that David's estimate was more than fair for the size of the job. He thoroughly prepped the house, including sanding and caulking. His paint job has lasted longer than any other I've had on this house. It is now Dec 2012 and there just now a few small places of peeling paint I'm seeing that could use a touch up.

Mr. Martinez' price included cost of paint and materials, power-washing, all needed preparation (scraping and caulking), and painting, as well as cleanup afterwards. Upon acceptance of his bid, he was able to start the job within a week. Each day he was punctual, he got the job done quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, and he finished the job in 3 days. I was pleased with the quality of his work.
