I bought a 1976 home that needed major cosmetic and structural repairs - my first home as a single mother.  Darik came out as one of the 5 different companies I asked to give me quotes.  I was immediately impressed with Darik's kindness and knowledge.  He was able to coordinate and complete everything I wanted well within my budget and in a timely manner FAR exceeding my expectations.  I was thrilled with the work and was happy working with such a relatable, professional and caring gentleman.  My house went from the worst on the block to the absolute BEST.
