Classic Lawn Care was prepaid for weed and feed for 2014. On February 26, 2014, they arrived to apply the first treatment. I heard a loud pounding outside, and found the service technician hitting the gate with a brick. One of the slats on the gate was shattered, and many nails and boards were pulled loose. I contacted the owner and asked that he fix the gate. After two weeks passed, I then attempted to contact the owner. Over the next weeks, communication was very poor and returned calls sporadic. We finally repaired the gate ourselves.
In addition to the broken gate, the lawn treatment was either not performed or done very poorly. There were many, many weeds that remained or sprouted after the treatment. We then contacted the owner and informed him his services were not longer needed, and we wanted the prepaid funds, minus any used portion, refunded. We were told by the owner that he would get back to us on that, and, not surprisingly, we've never heard from him again.
