Blanca has been professional. Not all maids speak English but someone can communicate. I've been pleased with the services.

I was VERY dissatisfied with MaidPro!  Two maids showed up and one of them didn't even know English!  There was a huge communication barrier.  "Lucy" knew English pretty well, not great, but at least we could communicate.  "Maria" the other maid knew NO English and was an awful maid!  She only attended to the bathtub and forgot to clean everything else.  Good thing I checked it and had Lucy clean the rest of the bathroom.  Maria even forgot to clean the mirror and toilet!  I explained to Lucy that I needed my ceiling fans dusted and asked if she brought a step stool and she said no.  What maid doesn't bring a step stool?  Really?!?!  I noticed as soon as they arrived, Lucy was always on her cell phone and that upset me because I was paying for their housecleaning services by the hour.  I bought a coupon on Amazon Local for $69.00 and now, I know why it was so cheap because you know how the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" and that is so true with this company!!  The provided horrible housecleaning services and they were very rude and unprofessional!  After I noticed Lucy was on the phone every few minutes, I instructed her to pay attention to cleaning and that she needed to forget the cell phone usage while she was rendering services that I had pre-paid for.  Since she didn't answer the phone, the owner "Teordoro" (spelling?? not sure of his exact spelling of his name) and "Blanca" actually came to my front door and started banging on it, until I answered.  Teordoro (sp?) threatened, in a very unprofessional and abrasive in tone voice, ordering his cleaning crew to stop what they were doing and just "pack up and leave."  I was appalled!!  I couldn't believe he was threatening to take his crew away from my home when I had already paid for their house cleaning services AND my floors were wet from Lucy being right in the middle of mopping.  I will never use their services again!  I felt very scared and threatened by the owner that showed up at my door unannounced!  This was a horrific experience and I definitely would NEVER recommend MaidPro EVER!!

This company is BAIT AND SWITCH. took one employee 2 hours to clean the bathroom and it was a poor job. Meanwhile the other employee spent 2 hours cleaning the kitchen and didn't finish. During the cleaning we received a call from their office saying " it is going to take longer than expected. You will need to pay more." We sent the cleaners home and called their corporate office. Was told that employees' pay checks have bounced. Maidpro is a franchise, so I guess some can be good. But, this was a terrible experience. Corporate office agreed not to charge us

Erika and Libia came to do a first time cleaning of our house and I was left very impressed! I totally recommend them!

It usually takes two people about 3 hours to clean my house. This company is flexible with pricing depending on how many rooms they clean. I have been using them for about 3 years and they send me an email once a month with advance notice about when they are coming to clean. A couple of times they broke a few things but I straightened things out with the general manager. I have been fairly happy with them and will use them again in the future.

They do a good job. They call the day before and remind me. The only thing is I never have the same people clean my house for very long before they send someone new. The rates are real reasonable and they are flexible with me. I like that they bring all their own equipment and supplies.
