Horrible !!! Shawn Thompson who now along with his mother is running the business since the original owner passed. He has no clue as to what a General Contractor is. He did nothing more than take my money and tore my home up while doing it. There is alot of drama within this business between family, contractor's not being paid etc.. I had to listen to all that as well.. Once I fired them and moved on after 3 months of torture, My home is finally being put back together. Please investigate before hiring.. it looks ok from the outside but be ready for what you are getting into. I didn't see all the bad reviews for 1 reason they had good reviews up until the owner died, it went all down hill from there. 2nd off they have all the bad reviews hidden on their Facebook page...
