Great, highly recommend. Honest and dependable

We called Burleson Appliance Repair and spoke with Mr. Burk, who informed us that he was the owner and only employee. He said he would be out the following day to look at our dryer between 1:00 and 2:00. We waited the entire day for him to come. He never came or called. I can understand how he may have gotten busy and couldn't make it. I don't understand why he didn't call and let us know and never bothered to get back to us. Very unprofessional. I also don't understand how he could get an A rating on Angies List. Will try Home Advisor and see if it works better.

Repair date was scheduled the next day after I called.  It required two visits.  He showed up during the time window.  On the first visit the problem was diagnosed.  The part was not available on the truck, so a return visit was required the next day.  The ice maker was replace and has been working well. Charges were as quoted.

Called Burleson Appliance repair on a Saturday and they sent out a couple from Arlington Appliance Services -- so we assumed they were contract repair. The couple was very nice and prompt. They spent 2-3 hours with my husband looking at the frig, freezer and dishwasher to determine what the problems were. They made a list of parts that would need to be ordered, gave the prices for parts and labor and said when the parts came in they would call to schedule repair. It would be about a week to 10 days. Because of the inconvenience of not having a working frig/freezer, my husband went online and ordered the parts himself which arrived 2 days later and was much less expensive that what we had been quoted. I called Arlington Appliance and they came that afternoon and used the parts we had ordered. Everything worked well. However, my husband was surprised by the final bill which was for labor and tax only, being $100 more than originally quoted. He felt they were making up for what they lost on markup of the parts. Generally, though, we were happy with the service and they were very nice and professional.

He arrived on time, located the problem and fixed it. Hurray!!!! No more clicking and manually adjusting the door. Job well done.

He was very knowledgeable and did a very good job. I thought his prices were very fair. He got the job done in about an hour. I had no issues with scheduling and he came within the same week once I called him.

He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, and replaced it the next day. The service was excellent, and I have no complaints.

Things went great overall. I like him alot and I will always call him again.
