It went good. The work was done, they came on the day they said they would come. They brought an adequate amount of people to accomplish the work in a timely manner. The work was done the way we requested. He advised us, he was knowledgeable, experienced and advised us on what would work and what wouldn't. He listens to what we have to say then advised us, not just blindly follow us based on his experience but sometimes we don't know what was happening. He was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He's honest, experienced, knowledgeable, easy to work with, reasonable cost, and dependable staff. We will absolutely do it again and we love the results when the went into our home with confidence. We knew this was over our heads but we felt good about the price and we can feel confident that the work was done and we have no worries at all, we weren't worried about breaking the wall because we felt like he really knew what he was doing. It was a very positive experience that we will definitely repeat or not change anything about the way we handled it.

We use them use whenever we have a plumbing problem. They are very honest and not hard to access. They ususally come out very promptly. We never need to wait several days for them.

It was great. I left them a message on Friday (they don't work weekends) and they called me at 8am this morning (Monday) and set up an appointment. They came out and had it done in no time. They are great at working with you (he worked around my doctor's appointment today). The same guy has been with them for years and he's very nice. I've used them for about 18 years.

They damaged the shower floor when replacing the faucet assembly, replaced toilet parts that did not fix the flushing problem I called them out to fix. When I told them, they were extremely rude and said they would not charge me and said they would contact their homeowners insurance which I have not heard from. I'm left with damage that needs to be repaired and my toilet flushing problem has not been fixed.

They came out the day I called and were very knowlegeable and professional. They told me when they could come out and do the work, which was just a couple of days. They came when they said they would, did all the work (plus did an extra good job on the decorative plumbing installation). They left the bathroom very clean. I have used them in the past and will continue using them for any plumbing job I need.

CONSIDERING THEY HAD TO JACK HAMMER UP MY FLOOR THROUGH MY KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE WORKERS WERE ALL POLITE AND KEPT THE MESS TO A MINIMUM. THE JOB WAS ALL COMPLETED ON TIME.
