Holiday Decorating
He had put up the lights and took half of the money down. On Christmas day he wanted the other half of the money in cash. He said he wanted cash because it was the Holidays. I gave him the cash and he hasn't been back to take down the lights. I have tried to contact him multiple times. Each time I actually get a hold of him he is rude and tells me that he will get to the lights when he can. He told me that I will have to wait for him to get them taken down.

Went well in the beginning.....waited two days for return visit to complete estimate....took off work and delayed plans....never showed.....called days later to set up another appt....
