Payment is due at time of service. Service fee for diagnosis is $49.95. We accept cash, all major credit cards, checks and money orders. We are fully licensed and insured. We currently employ 3 technicians, and 2 office staff. We work with several home warranties, including OneGuard Home Warranties, Old Republic Home Protection, and Nations Home Warranty.

Technician came to my home twice for an odor issue in my Bosch dishwasher.  First visit he said he resolved the issue by re-positioning the hose between the dishwasher and disposal.  A few days later, the smell was back and MUCH WORSE than before.  Called Ace to send a tech out again and they send THE SAME GUY!  The tech told me he could not resolve the problem.  I asked, "so I need a new dishwasher?"  He didn't really commit to a response, but when I pushed him to give me a resolution, he said yes.  I called a tech that works on Bosch, he came out, put a loop in the hose, problem resolved in 10 minutes.  Ace is refusing to refund my One Guard service call fee.  It's only $69, and I am told no.  Horrible customer service!

He came out and looked at our dishwasher.  He will fix the problem as soon as they get the parts.  He also stayed and looked into an issue with our oven.  He allowed us to add this service to the same ticket, saving us a second service call fee.  They provided above and beyond service.
