Exceptionally well. Tony the technician was highly professional and quickly diagnosis the problem. The system now preforms flawlessly. Very highly recommended.

Original wiring was kludged together making it difficult to properly install new smart thermostat. Traced wiring, rewired as necessary and installed thermostat in 20 minutes. Only charged for the service call.

Woke up on Saturday morning and neither the air conditioner or the heat would turn on. You could here the "click" of the thermostat, but that was it. We left a message on Saturday with their LIVE answering service. A really professional and concerned man. I explained because of the temperate weather, we could wait till Monday when the weather was suppose to change. I received a call from the company at 7:45am. They put me on their morning call list, and, like clockwork, I was told 9;30 and great service repairman, named Tony, was ringing my bell at that time. He was very through and did an amazing job, even cutting the original estimate by $1000.00 after reviewing the entire system! What a gracious and knowledgeable man!

I have used these guys in the past with good results.i was having problems with my ac and wasn't confident it was living up to its cooling capacity so I got on there waiting list for them to come out and give me a thorough diagnostic.Instead what I received was a incompetent technichian who was already convinced I needed a new unit inside and out based on little more than me saying it wasn't cooling correctly.well after encouraging him to put the gauges on and checking it he told me that it showed my outside condenser needed to be cleaned,fair enough,yet no other checks were done like going inside and checking air temp at the vents,filters,duct leaks?so when I felt he wasn't willing to do much other than try to sell me a new unit and allow me to clarify I never said it didn't work I decided to pick his brain about a new unit,At least he was willing to talk about that,pretty pricey if you ask me,little did he know I already knew the prices of the parts and it was about 75% cheaper than what he was quoting.I'll never use them again for the simple reason they're just trying to sell you a bill of goods and pray on the unknowing or weary.

Went great! Our original unit went out on a Saturday morning in the middle of June 2013. Mike Graham had one of his guys out by the afternoon hooking up a temporary unit to get us through until we could figure out needed to be done. Once we decided to by a new unit inside and out, they deducted the cost of the visit on that first Saturday from the overall bill of our new unit. Everybody was very nice and very professional. Couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend.

Everything went fine. They were timely and courteous. They did what needed to be done. I thought that it was a fair price. I thought the price was a little bit high. I will continue to use them.

We needed an air conditioner replaced because the old one was useless and couldn't be replaced until the house was re-leveled. After finally getting the house re-leveled, we contacted Mike Graham Heating and A/C to get a quote. The crew showed at the appointed time we set and gave us a reasonable quote so we decided to have them do the install. A week later, we had brand new upgraded central heating and a/c unit working beautifully. In addition to the work done, we were told to contact them in a few weeks and they would come out and check for any leaks or other loose ends free of charge. They did the checks and everything is still working great!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating and/or a/c work. The are very prompt, courteous, professional, and offer reasonable prices. They do what they promise and I would definitely hire them again.
