The serviceman was prompt and courteous. However, for the same price of the service call I could have bought the PEX crimping tool and repaired the crimp myself (and had the tool for future use). The work performed took less than 10 minutes.

Alex came out to our house and was very polite and courteous. He charged a very responsible price for thorough service. Double checked everything and educated us on what checks he was performing. They returned our A/C to working condition in no time (less than 30 mins). Very satisfied and would highly recommend their services. Have two houses and they service both A/C units now.

He does AC, heating and he's going to do more work for us this week as far as putting in a hot water heater. He also does plumbing and handyman work. He is a licensed AC/furnace contractor. He's very honest and extremely reliable. He covers the entire area. He's really exemplary. The stripped the copper wiring out of the garage out of the hot water heater and all of the copper that ran from the AC into the house. We paid him and made arrangements for him to come back Wednesday.
