Sterling Pest Control is owned by Walt Goforth who is in the 2nd generation of a 4 generation pest control family.He has over 40 years of pest control experience. He has completed Purdue Pest Control Course. He has completed Penn State Pest Control Course.He is the former owner of 3 branch pest control company in North Carolina. He taught Pest Control and Pesticide Certification at GTI (Guilford Technical Institute in North Carolina)After Selling his pest control companies in North Carolina, became a licensed real estate broker.e earned his GRI designation while in North Carolina.Walt moved from San Antonio to Bulverde in 2001 where our pest control office is now located.

Inside and outside treatments as well as the attic.  This was their firs treatment with us.  Technician was knowledgeable and professional.  We have started a quarterly contract with them.

We have used Sterling for years for pest extermination.  I'm not sure what they use, but it works great and we generally only need them to come out once a year or so.

The Sterling Management response, from scheduling service to completing it, was a very refreshing experience...very friendly and knowledgeable.  We asked them to come back soon after the initial service because scorpions continued to be an issue.  They responded quickly and returned to provide an additional treatment.

What I like the most about them, is that I have used them since 1999. They have always kept the same price for us. I have never had any trouble with them, they call, set an appointment, and they come and do a good job.

We have a terrible problem with fire ants where we live. It seems they come out really bad after it rains and we've hit a pretty big rainy season this summer. They have come back free of charge to help us out with the problem because we are on a service contract with them.

THIS COMPANY IS ALWAYS PROMPT WITH REMINDER SERVICE CALLS AND IS ABLE TO SCHEDULE WITHIN THE WEEK OF THEIR CALL. THEY ARE THOROUGH AND HAVE COME OUT IF THERE IS STILL AN ISSUE WITH INSECTS IN THE HOUSE.
