Davis R. Gibson of Steam Pro is the consummate professional. He responded to my inquiry very quickly, showed up exactly on time, his work more than met my expectations and he was a delight to work with. With two large dogs and a cat my carpet looked a bit like a science project before, but looks like new again. No pressure to upsell my relatively small job. I can’t say enough good things about him and wish him all the best!

I have never been more satisfied with a job. David was prompt, kind, respectful, and most of all very knowledgeable. He took pride in his work and went above what he needed to explain and make sure we understood the process.

Steam Pro was subcontracted by Lonestar Carpet Care to clean my carpets after I purchased a Groupon from Lonestar. I am so glad they subcontracted my job! The owner, David, surprised me by actually sticking to the appointment time I had requested from Lonestar (I had previously tried three times and not heard a single word from Lonestar). He took the time to talk to me about the condition of my carpet before he started, and what to expect. He was honest, and explained other options I could try if the stains did not come out. I paid extra for pet treatment, and he applied a deodorizer for free! My house has never smelled this good! David did a great job. I was impressed that he took the time to address all of my concerns and seemed to actually care about getting my carpet clean. Thank you, David!
