Their service is mediocre at best. I can't really say much about it especially since there were only about 2 alarm events since I signed up. The real problem lies in their billing. The first month, they charged more than the contracted amount. They promised a refund but never credited my account.
Their online bill payment service was unreliable. I paid a balance on their website. Days later my office manager gets the same bill which she pays with her card. Consequently, we're told we have a credit. Months go by and the balance still isn't settled. Was there a credit? They don't know. Their billing is clearly a mess.
Today, I discover that despite the transaction going through, the online payment I made was never run. The representative changes her tune and now claims we don't have a credit. In fact, now I'm being charged a late fee. Needless to say, I am unhappy about the uncertainty of what I do or do not owe. I decide to pay my balance and tell the company I no longer with to use their service. Lo and behold, the 4 month contract I signed has some fine print. Basically, it auto-renews your contract and you're stuck for another 12 months. I instructed my office manager to pay the entire year and send a letter of intent to cancel the service.
I get the impression that the Omnibus is only concerned with short term gains. Their customer service skills is lackluster. Plus, their contract forces you to stick with them regardless how good or bad their perform. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

They do an excellent job. There are no exposed wires and they cleaned up after themselves after they installed the system. We have had them come out several times to check the system. They have great service and a very good price.

Throughout my years, I have never had any problems. I have recommended them to others. They offer a discount as I pay a lump sum for the yearly service. Unfortunately, I do not recall the cost. I am quite pleased with their services in every area.

San Antonio Security does a good job monitoring our alarm system. We have used them for quite some time. Our friends use them too. Their call back time is amazing. We love the staff; they are very nice & at our service. We are very satisfied with them.

San Antonio Security did a thorough job. We feel very safe with all of the locks and security alarms on our windows and doors. The people were great to work with. They were very helpful. The price was reasonable. We pay for the service by the month.
