Mr. Rule and company have completed several projects for us in the last 3 or 4 years. Our most recent project was remodeling our offices and adding a conference / training room. All the work the has been performed has been First Class, on budget and on time.
Each time has been an excellent experience. Need a professional and honest contractor...look no further.

This was a really good experience. We have an older home, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Koby is very professional. He uses top-notch contractors. If you can give him some idea of what you imagine, he can bring it to life. He understands your ideas and can convert them to reality. He is competitively priced. A few times as we were into demolition , we encountered and quot;surprisesand quot;. Each time Koby brain-stormed with us to solve an issue or create a space even more than we could have wished for. Not only will we use him again, but we have also become friends with him and many of the workers he uses.
Only one time when we were in the middle of the redo did he say that something would cost more if we chose to make that change. At that point, we were able to figure out how to do the finish out and stay within the limits. Koby gave us monetary boundaries which . were reasonable and completely in line. This allowed us stay within our budget.
His workers even helped us moving furniture and other objects when needed. This was a desirable working relationship!!
