His office called and said he was running a little late but they would call again when he was on his way. They called again about 30 minutes later and he was on his way. Then he called and said he was about 20 minutes away. He came in, spread down plastic, removed the toilet, did the repair, cleaned up and was ready for next appointment. Presented a bill for the agreed upon price, which was much lower than nearest quote from another plumber. Was also recommended by three other people that I know and my daughter.
