Craig's Septic Pumping & Repairs

Called on a Saturday morning, he came out that afternoon and pumped one tank and unclogged system and returned on Monday and pumped the second tank. He was prompt, knowledgable, and reasonable.

Craig had to come out twice due the need to replace a part in the septic (pump). He inspected and provided the needed report. Was very pleasant to work with and very efficient. Would use again and recommend to others.

Craig showed up on time on the date we agreed upon. He was dressed in a professional manner and was clean and neat. He got right to work and finished in about 2 hours replacing the dirt on the tank and grass.

Arrived on time, very professional, did an outstanding job. Cost of job was very reasonable.

They did everything right. I had some roof problem and he told me how to solve it. He worked it to where it won't be a problem and it cost me a lot less money so he saved money for me. He did a good job, cleaned up very well and I don't think a drop of anything was spilt anywhere; I was there the whole time. In fact, I need to call him back because I have some problem with the tank again.

We started having problems with our septic system so I checked Angie's List for a local business and found Craig's. The same day a friend told us about Craig's and was satisfied with his work. We were able to get an appointment within a few days. Craig came and pumped the septic and found a problem with the inbound drain. We had also requested other work on the outbound drain. Craig needed other equipment to complete the other work and returned the same afternoon with the equipment and parts to finish everything. He was very professional. We will be calling him again when it is time for septic work.

Craig responded personally to my phone call. I thought my problem was the septic system. He came that day and informed me that the septic was not overflowing, but that since it had been 11 years, it might be a good idea to clean it out. We called a plumber (for whom we are still waiting 4 days later). Craig scheduled a mutually convenient time, did the work, cleaned up and all is well. He was professional, works with his polite and hard working son, and we are pleased. We will certainly use him when it is time to clean the septic tanks again.

They did a very nice job. The truck was spotless and the work was done very carefully. I highly recommend this company to anyone in my area.

The plumber could not fix one of the toilets and suggested the septic tank might be full. I called the suggested names but no one emptied septic tanks in Shavano Park (north side of town). I called our town services person who gave me Craig's name. He came out the next day to evaluate the situation and returned the next day (Good Friday) to finish digging up the valve, making a couple of trips to empty and advising us that there was probably a leak somewhere in the house. He was professional and appeared well dressed in spite of the nature of his work.
