He was personable and professional. He took time to explain things. I think he enjoyed what he did and it seemed to think it was important to us to appreciate what went into it. We felt like we got a little of an education on it especially on aerobic septic system. He was attentive and had customer satisfaction which is high on his list. It’s a one man operation. He hauls the machinery in and operates the machinery and hauls it out. He did find some folks to haul it off for relatively inexpensive. It’s not a big company with a lot of machinery and he is doing the work. That’s kind of a nice thing about it too is because you’re dealing not only with the owner but with the technician so it means everything wrapped up in one. I did research the price and he has a competitive price. I think I was getting a little bit of a deal on it.
