About us

Our scope of services are what makes White Knight Pest stand out from all the other competitors. When our experts come to treating the exterior of the property, they first inspect and treat flower beds and entire yard (only if property is 1 acre+, they inspect and treat 40′ out) for those fire ants and more! Power spraying is completed along the base and corners of fences and spot treatments done around play equipment if necessary. Also around separate storage buildings in the property and inside only upon request. The exterior of the home is power sprayed 10-12′ around home and 3′ high to the base of windows. Depending on the conditions, spider webs, wasps, and mud dauber nests are removed and treated from accessible 1st & 2nd floor eaves, trees, and plants. Injection systems are used in weep holes, foundations, and other accessible cracks/crevices. Base doors, windows, tops, sides, and bottom of garage doors are treated as well. Upon request, interior of the homes are treated around the baseboards on 1st and 2nd floors. Plumbing voids under sinks, behind toilets, and washers/dryers are included. Inside of garages are treated/baited if necessary and webs and nests are removed along floorboards/wall joints. We also inspect and treat in attics when requested at no extra cost!

BBB HAS REVOKED THEM! So we went through a full year contract and then nearly another full year but not on contract. We continued to have a major wasp problem we tried to call them back out per their contract but was always given the accuse that we are far away and can't get a guy scheduled until my next appointment.. so then I get a text from their tech saying he will be there in 30 minutes I said no don't come without a schedule he said okay and I told him to have his people contact me. A week goes by so on the day we are putting our dog down I get a text from the tech again saying he will be there in an hour. I am like not today don't come I still never heard from your people . So he text back with the number. So I call them tell them the issues and tell them I will no longer need their services the lady becomes rude saying I can't cancel with out 30 day notice and that I will be charged 100 dollars. I said no you never scheduled so I had no appointment so I can cancel now and not get charged she kept going on, i told her i was on my way to put my dog down and i can't deal with this just fix it. She still kept going on so I got mad and hung up. They did charge me still so I called back to get it reversed and it seems they are pros at screwing people over because I explained they never scheduled they looked at the text they sent but showed it was never sent. So they even confirmed I didn't get scheduled as text has been how I have communicated with them. Their tech had no issues texting me. Looking at other reviews this company is a scam they don't kill anything and then when you get tired of dealing with the bugs yourself they want a way to steal more money from you on the worst day of your life. Please do yourself a favor and don't use them!

The last straw with company was, yet again, a treatment appointment that no one showed up for and no notice about the no-show was provided. This has happened numerous times. It used to be a good company and I had been with them for years but, as it grew, it just became worse and worse over time. Today, I see it as just another grifter money-grubbing corporation, poorly managed by incompetent people; greed always starts from the top. The tech churn is remarkably high, due in part that White Knight Pest Control obviously is not paying employees well enough to retain them. I haven’t had the same tech visit for a very long time, but the real evidence of poor management decisions was after treatment, an app pops up to rate the tech, and then asks for a tip! Overall, I’m a very generous tipper but I’m not going to tip anybody for simply showing up to do the job they were hired to do. And even then, some of those were also slackers, so perhaps they were promoted to the executive suite? Anyhow, after all these years I’m happy to be done with such a now-poorly run company. My first treatment by a competitor fixed more things in one visit than this company did in a year. Don’t let the bugs bite!

I have had white knight for 2 and half years and it has been ok. They come they spray charge you and gone. The initial visit they missed a mud dobber nest in the garage but came back and got it. Then they missed a wasp nest the size of a soft ball. Had people over and had to take care of it. Then lately spiders and bugs have been in the house so I had a service today to spray inside and the quarterly outside. My wife and I were sitting outside and noticed some Hornets on the back patio. Looked around the corner and reference the picture attached. Not only did I call the technician to come back and fix it. But he then said he would be back shortly and never showed back. *(Edit- in the Technicians defense he did show back at 725 and was apologetic, however I had already taken care of it myself and will just continue to do so.) In short, this company might have some good reviews but personally they are a 5 minute spray and take your 100 dollar payment. Always an excuse about the season and I am over excuses. Do the job you are paid for or so not take my money. Just another service I will have to do myself.

This company came knocking on my door a few months ago to try and get me to use their services and I had never heard of them so I told them I would look into their services and call if I wanted to proceed. I then became overrun with an ant invasion and needed to move more quickly since piles were developing around my home quickly and the ants were coming in. I thought it was fate when I came across a Groupon deal for them for a full outside treatment for $23.20. I purchased the Groupon and called them that day (09/26/18). The man on the phone took all of my information, including the voucher number, name, address, and what services I needed. He then told me that he couldn't set the appointment for me and that he would have to have someone call me. Cut to 13-days later...I still haven't heard from anyone and no one answered my call today. I ended up having to ask Groupon for a refund and I now have to continue my search for a reliable company to help me with my pest needs.

They set us up with a contract about 10 years ago and their prices have never gone up. I explained to him we were having a lot of ants and he did some extra treatment. I have noticed big clumps of dead ants where he put extra stuff.

Their price is good. They have been very good. They are very punctual, they always call me a week inn advance to let me know they are coming. During the three months between visits, if I find a spider or ants they will come back at no cost. For the longest time we always had one gentleman that always came over, but recently his son came.

We use White Knight on an annual basis.  Not only do they show up on the day scheduled, they are also on time.  What we like in addition is that the service people are cordial and very attentive.  We have never been disappointed in the service or the people.
We intend to use them for a long time.  They have always treated the exterior and interior ( if needed) of our home so that any problem we are having is taken care of.

The tech seemed to do a great job especially compared to the one other company I have experience with. We had some ants in our house a week or so after the initial treatment so I called them and they came out the next day and the ants were gone within minutes. Techs were very professional both times and I highly recommend this local company.

The company has been fine. The people on the phone are fine. The guys that come out to do the work are fine. They?ve been professional and prompt. They wear uniforms. They explain what they?re doing and what they?ve done. They usually call before to confirm the date and everything. We are not sure if we?re going to stay on with them because we continue to have a few problems with various types of pests; maybe they use less poisonous spray or maybe they need more employees. We are not entirely satisfied with the results and we may consider another company going forward.

I have not seen any pests and they seem to have done a good job. The only issue I had was that I paid for the service through Angie's List with a Big Deal. After they did the service, I was sent another bill for the same amount. I never paid the bill, and nothing ever happened with that.

I had a hard time scheduling this appointment. The office staff that initially answered the phone was not very responsive, and did not know where to find a sales person. I was on hold for 12 minutes until the receptionist finally came back on the phone to take my information; name, address, phone, type of service, etc. At the end of this conversation, she said that a sales person was now available and transferred my call, which promptly disconnected. I waited a few minutes, hoping to get a call back to no avail. I called back, and again went to hold. This time only 3 minutes. I explained the situation and the receptionist apologized and tried the transfer again. I then spoke with the sales person, who asked me for all my information again. After listening to an entire sales pitch, and the sales person asking me several times which contract I would be interested in, I explained again that I had purchased this service from Angie's list and I would like to see how this service went before I entered into a contract with their company. She agreed and we attempted to set up an appointment time. She was initially not aware of the availability, and asked to call me back. I agreed... at this point I was ready to end this 30 minute phone call. The sales person called me back within 10 minutes and we scheduled the appointment for 10 days from the date we were speaking. The office staff seemed to be very disorganized and came across as very laid back, bordering on non-responsive and lazy.
    However, when the tech arrived at my residence, he was the epitome of professionalism. He was extremely kind and explained each step of his procedure as well as  preventative measures and things to look for in the future. He completed his duties in a efficient and thorough manner, let me know when he was finished, and asked me if I had any more questions. I wish I could remember his name. 
    The service provided by this company met expectations; however, the experience I had with the office and sales staff will deter me from using this company in the future.

We purchased this deal through Angie's List. $59 for extermination services around our home. Scheduling was easy and the person I spoke with on the phone was very courteous. Our service person arrived on time and was very nice. The treatment did not take long but he did spray all over our home. We saw a few dead cockroaches in the days following treatment -- a sign that it worked (and also something he did warn us to expect). But within three weeks we were seeing live ones again.
Everyone there was very nice but I do wish the treatment had left us cockroach-free a little longer. Not sure I would have been happy if I'd paid full price, but for the deal price it was definitely worth it.
(Should also note: The service came with a 30-day guarantee, but I did not call them to ask for an additional treatment. Had I followed up with that, it's possible that they would have comeback out and done another treatment for us.)

We used them for a while before switching to another company. We had an occurring pest situation and they were busy for at least a week until they could come out and do the work. They were punctual and came every three months when they were supposed to. Their prices were standard as well.
