We had a water heater leak. Trey and Zac were fast to respond removing damaged flooring and drying out the area. They had a handyman (Anthony) who did a good job repairing and putting it back together.

W.B. Arthur responded to an emergency situation by sending workers to residence within an hour of my request. Workers were courteous and professional, and I was quite pleased with the work they did. The house in question is over 45 years old and, insofar as I'm aware, the carpets had never before been cleaned -- so it was a challenging project. I would recommend this company without reservation.
