I've had two can's that blew down into my yard for 7 days now. Called Texas Disposal Systems to pick the unclaimed cans up as I can't have them sitting out in front of my yard or HOA finds $250. Driver came back and didn't pick up cans and refused to do so even though there was a workorder in for it. Asked him to contact his office and was told "I don't have time for that". He told me to just put the cans in front of someone else's yard! Called their office to complain and was told they won't be picked up for another 7 days. I told them that was unacceptable as I was told they would be picked up today. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told "we will call you back". I told them "no you won't, your just saying that get to get me off the phone". I asked them if their supervisors were untouchable and just sit behind a desk all day and don't deal with customers. Pushed the girl several times to put me through to a supervisor. She finally sent me to some dudes email. How is this acceptable. I am a paying customer. I don't want someone's can's sitting where I put my can's to go out each week!. They don't care. Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I work for a large international law firm and let me tell you if I treated out customers that way we wouldn't have any! This company is the WORST. Not to mention being left on hold for 45 minutes only to be disconnected. DO BETTER!

We have been long time waste disposal customers of TDS. In Mid October we signed up for recycle pickup. Since we signed up, they were supposed to be here four times and have shown up once. When I talk to them they say "we will get it next time". They refused to come pick up all the accumulated recycle, more then three of their disposal buckets full.  They Said "We will TRY to pick up on the next scheduled day, two weeks from now.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE ! !

This company was a nightmare to deal with. Although I instructed them to telephone my site foreman to inform them of the time of delivery and haul-off of the container, they repeatedly failed to do so, instead coming at odd hours as late as 7PM and on different days from the days I was informed they would come, when no personnel were on site. This resulted in their leaving the container in the wrong place and then repeated claims by their driver that it was too heavy for them to pick up, for which they billed me repeated $125 "no-haul" charges. When the driver finally came out and my personnel were on site to witness, he had no difficulty loading the container onto his truck. Getting the billing disputes resolved with the company's management was a protracted hassle, with promises that I would be refunded some of these charges that were then never executed by their accounting department until months later.

It was just the size I needed for the project so didn't have to rent a bigger one.  Had the best price even though they are much further away than others.  It was still expensive, but worth the money to not have to take multiple trips to the dump myself.  Very good experience dealing with them and would do so again.
