David is fantastic. He helped us learn all about our new pool/hot tub and control panel. He is quick to notice and fix any problems and prevent others from happening. I highly recommend this pool service company! They are prompt, responsive, affordable, good at their job, and GREAT customer service.

About two years ago I found Peppermint Patty Pools on Angie's List. Our previous service provider was too busy and gave us the run around on when they could uncover our pool and fix a problem with the pool pump. I called Peppermint Patty and the owner's wife stated that they would come out within three days. To my surprise, the owner came out the next day and was able to fix the pump immediately. He came back later that day to uncover our pool and adjust the chemicals. This company is the best! Our pool water chemistry is always perfectly balanced. They leave little door hangers on our back door indicating what services were performed that day. Their invoices are easy to understand and I feel their prices are competitive.

The pricing was extremely good. They could have done a little better and been a little more thorough and cleaner. I would give them a second chance.

I love this company! I bought a home with a pool and had no idea what to do. Dave came out and explained their services and what needed done. He now comes every other week to clean pool and check the water. When I call about any questions or concerns he comes out and makes sure everything is good.

I am currently in negotiations with the price. The price is good normally but it all the sudden looks different. I am going to speak with them about it. They have done a good job. I have been using them for 6 or 7 months. They are very responsive and take care of everything that has to do with the pool. My old company would not scrub the back walls. This new company has been cheaper as well. They do a good job without me having to call them about issues. They take care of everything. I can pretty much forget about it as long as I pay my bill! I don't have to constantly supervise them. If I am able to work out the price I will continue to use them.

Jill Price answered the phone, and scheduled her husband Dave to come right out. Dave Price came out to see my pool, gave me an estimate of what it would take to get the pool running, and then began work immediately. After he was finished, I prepared to pay him for the service. I asked him how much it would be to keep our pool in good condition, and he gave me prices based on weekly or monthly service. The price includes chemicals, and I thought it would be a great way to get the pool in shape and then I would take it over. Dave even told me about "pool school" in which he teaches you how to maintain your pool. Well, it's 3.5 years later, and Dave is still doing the pool weekly. It is amazing how great the pool looks all the time; any malfunctions are caught during the weekly visit, and repairs are made immediately. Dave is always able to give a benefit analysis of whether or not to repair something or replace it. I've had parts repaired that I thought were beyond fixing; Dave has kept things running smoothly at very minimal cost. When my son bought the house next door that has a pool and spa, Dave went over and began cleaning that mess up for him at the same weekly rate. My son also thought he'd do the pool school right away, but he is getting as spoiled as I am - Dave is still doing his pool/spa over a year after he began. I was a little afraid to do an Angie's List review of the company because I feel like we are getting the sweetest deal in the area. Dave (or his one employee Rick) are always here on the date scheduled, and never fail to leave the pool clean and sparkling. I always have a note left after the service (if I'm not here) telling me exactly what was done, and if there were any problems that came up. Any time I leave a note or call with a problem, it is dealt with either at the next weekly service call, or sooner if it is a larger issue. I have complete confidence in Dave and his wife Jill. Rick has always been timely and thorough as well. I can sincerely say that I have not ever had such a good experience with anyone I have hired for long term. This is hands down the best pool service you can hire.

I called and spoke to them on the phone and explained what I needed done and then they came out and looked it over. They came out and were able to start immediately and took a few hours to do all the chemical processing and cleaning. It took a few days but that was because they came back to make sure all the chemicals were doing their job and their reactions. We were able to get into the pool a week after the appointment. Would use them again and recommend to others.

Can't say enough about Dave and Jill. They are very friendly and trustworthy I've had to call for questions a couple times, and they are happy to talk me through something over the phone. Highly reliable and professional. They take care of my rental property weekly, and I have a sense of security knowing that they are keeping an eye on things for me.
