It was a nightmare! From the very onset, everything that this man did was wrong. The only thing that was accomplished for 35K was the demolition phase. Once that was completed, and the real work began, he demonstrated absolute incompetence. In the first two weeks, he had a crew of 4, then one after another of his workers left, in the end he was alone showing up sporadicly until finally, he just stopped coming. He took my money and kept promising that he would finish. It also cost me more money once he was gone to hire people to come in and redo what he attempted. As a noncarpenter type I did not realize just how bad it was until I hired others to finish what he attempted. Again, not one item that this man attempted was completed correctly. Everything had to be fixed and this was after paying him thousands of dollars. Be forwarned, he comes in with a smooth pitch but do not hire this man, you will be SORRY!
