Zach is so knowledgable, and he can know what we need even though we don't know what to ask for, as we are not that computer literate. He is patient and willing to explain things to us so that we will understand. He also looked for a great deal and let us know when a sale was on for an external backup. His prices are very reasonable, and we totally trust him. I would highly recommend him for any computer needs.
Description of Work: We had problems with our sound and our webcam connection was not working properly. He also checked for viruses. We have also had him in the past to upgrade the speed on our computer.
