They were able to give me a special deal on a great dish washer. They had good communication skills and installed product when they said they were going to. The dish washer is holding up fine.

They were right on time, cordial yet very professional, and definitely experienced. They quickly removed the old unit, adapted our water line to the new unit, and smoothly installed and secured the new unit. They showed us important things to know about the new unit and clarified best cleaning practices. It was a very pleasant experience. We have been very happy with the unit and the way they installed it.
We wish the unit itself had been way less expensive, but the Kiva price was MUCH lower than any other company.
