Tom Guedea did the work himself. He was very good about explaining everything and walked me through the trouble shooting process. I highly recommend Guedea Services for irrigation system repairs.

I have never been disappointed in the quality of Guedea's work and their prices are fair. Yvonne educated me about which leaking heads in our very old system needed attention now and which ones could wait for a while. We paid special attention to making our system meet the stricter standards in the water audit. Since we are a commercial entity (a condominium), we want to have our system ready for the audit. They work to eliminate wasted water.

The tech showed up, then left, then showed up, then left, then showed up then left over the course of a couple of weeks. Two of our zones don't work now, she she'd fix things and didn't... left a bag of old stuff in the yard...spent hours and hours and hours working. The lack of communication/understanding what we wanted and explaining what she did was pretty phenomenal. Sod is dying now. Very disappointed - and then to get a huge bill was depressing. I've called another company to fix the problems left behind.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Tom Guedea and learn from his lawn irrigation expertise. He was very kind, patient, genuine and shared a wealth of information about my sprinkler system. Tom took the time to explain everything in detail and showed me many ways to repair / maintenance the system myself. He made many repairs on the system and gave me several ideas on saving money on the water bill. I highly recommend Guedea Services for your lawn irrigation system repairs and maintenance. Yvonne and her assistant went right to work as soon as I'd explained the various problems - in particular the broken pipe, and the fact that I could no longer even locate the sprinkler heads on the other side of the driveway. She also found that most of the sprinkler heads had become too short as the lawn turf had grown since installation. Those were extended. She found every one of the and quot;missingand quot; sprinkler heads with out any problem (amazing). And she showed me an area where she suspected a leak and suggested I call City of Austin for an inspection, which I will do. All in all, I was definitely impressed with their expertise and professionalism. They exceeded my expectations by quite a bit. I will definitely give them my business again and recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler work of any kind.

Outstanding, from the first time I called through his visit.

I called Guedea Services and they came out promptly. He traced the wires leading into the ground to discover that the rain guage was no longer connected, causing the controler to override the system to the "off" position. He dug a hole, reconnected the wires, and added a valve box for the wire junction to prevent future problems and provide easier access. He explained everything clearly and took the time to show me exactly what he had done to correct the problem. He was very friendly and informative and I would definitely use them in the future.

Fantastic! Tom and Bonnie squeezed us in to their schedule, were prompt and efficient. I expected a bill for $400-$500 but Tom handed me the bill and it was for $200.20, including the tax. He explained everything he was doing(and everything he was considering as he methodically analyzed and identified the problem)..... On a scale of 1-10, they truly deserve an "11". I'm a realtor and have a fair amount of experience with home service people and if you're looking for any sort of sprinkler repairs or adjustments, this is your guy!

When Tom arrived I showed him the 2 zones that weren't working. He diagnosed and and repaired the issues very quickly. When I explained that I was going to sell the house, he adjusted all the sprinkler heads and checked the entire system to ensure I would not have any inspection issues. He found a leaking pipe in the front flower bed and repaired that as well. Tom thoroughly explained all the work he was doing and answered all my questions about when and how much to water. He is a pleasure to work with and really knows his stuff!
