They are very easy and quick to use. They have a large number of locations within Texas, which makes them very convenient.

Title Companies
Grac Title was chosen by the buyer of my house to handle title services. Gracy rep provided a closing date, with which I made plans for the move and a host of other services needed to move into a new home. One week prior to that date, Gracy called to say that the buyers bank wasn't ready (after more than six weeks). Gracy rep calls this morning to say closing set for tomorrow 9 AM. Then I get call at 5:10 PM to say no...bank still not ready. The level of ineptitude is astonishing. I've closed on many houses in my life, and have never encountered such a problem.
